Kugelaufbau oder Locator. 3 Garantiebedingungen für DEDICAM Produkte sind im DEDICAM Katalog aufgeführt. 4 Lebenslang ist so lange, wie es medizinisch möglich ist, den Patienten mit einer neuen dentalen Rekonstruktion unter Zuhilfenahme von Implantaten zu versorgen. 5 Knochenaugmentationsmaterialien können nur dann zur Verfügung gestellt werden, wenn im Vorfeld eine Knochenaugmentation mit BioHorizons Camlog Produkten stattgefunden hat. Das standardmäßige Vorgehen bedarf in der Regel eines Knochenersatzmaterials und einer Membran zur Stabilisierung des Augmentats oder nach Entscheidung des Operateurs auch nur einer der beiden Komponenten und sind dann Leistungsbestandteil des Garantiefalles.
