Er schloss die Fachzahnarztprüfung Oralchirurgie mit Anerkennung der Gebietsbezeichnung ab, 2000 erlangte er den Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt Implantologie und 2004 absolvierte er das Curriculum Parodontologie der APW. 2007 ist er, in Zusammenarbeit mit der APW, Dozent im Masterstudiengang Parodontologie der Steinbeisuniversität Berlin und seit 2009 auch an der International University Dresden. Arndt Happe ist Referent im Rahmen des Curriculum Implantologie der Zahnärztekammern Niedersachsen, Westfalen-Lippe sowie des BDIZ und im Masterstudiengang Parodontologie und Implantattherapie der DGP sowie im Continuum der DGI. Mitglied der European Academy for Esthetic Dentistry und im Redaktionsbeirat der Deutschen Zahnärztlichen Zeitschrift DZZ. Er sammelte Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Labors, unter anderem ab 1993 für acht Jahre in der Praxis Savenije und Partner. Anschließend begab sich A. Nolte als freischaffender Zahntechniker im In- und Ausland auf Wanderschaft, bis er 2002 die Selbstständigkeit wählte und 2004 schließlich sein eigenes Labor und Schulungszentrum „Enamelum et Dentinum“ in Münster eröffnete. Seit 2000 hält er sowohl national als auch international Vorträge und Schulungen und ist als Entwickler aktiv. Andreas Nolte ist Autor zahlreicher Veröffentlichungen in verschiedenen Fachjournalen wie zum Beispiel teamwork und dental dialogue.
